1. What are the store hours?
For the Bearden store, the hours are Mon - Fri 10 am to 7 pm
Sat 10 am to 5 pm

2. Where are you located?
We have two locations. The Bearden store is located at 5030 Kingston Pike - Colony Place. The west location is in Farragut. The address is 11730 Kingston Pike.
3. Why do you emphasize before and after pictures?
The main reason is to let our customers visualize what they may look like with fashionable eyewear.
4. What do you accept for payment?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, personal checks, and cash.
5. Do you offer replacement lenses?
Yes, we can put a new prescription in your existing frame while you wait.
6. Do you offer eye exams?
We offer eye exams for eyeglasses or contact lenses by appointment from a medical doctor of Ophthalmology.
7. What types of lenses do you offer?
We offer Varilux, Hoya, Zeiss, and other progressive lens brands. We also offer Trivex, polycarbonate, and high index lenses along with Crizal anti-reflective coating.
8. Do you offer sunglass clip-ons?
We custumize clip-ons to fit most frames. The clip-on comes with polarized lenses and ultra-violet protection.
9. Do you accept any insurance?
We now accept certain plans, for instance BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee. In other cases, we will give you an itemized receipt for flexible spending accounts.
10. Who does your lab work?
We do. We make sure that the lenses are filled correctly, fit properly, and of course, look great.

11. Will my progressive lenses fit in a smaller frame ?
In most cases, we can put your progressive prescription into a smaller more fashionable frame without your field of vision being impared.
12. Do you accept other doctors' eyeglass prescriptions?
You may have your doctor write out your prescription and bring it with you. You may also call your doctor and have it faxed to us at 865-588-4054. Or, we can also copy it from your existing glasses.
